SCENE-B participated in the international conference Architecture of Challenges – New European Bauhaus – Building Community, where the discussions addressed, among other topics, the challenges related to seeking sustainable solutions for the AEC sector.

Workshop on Digital Twins aimed at the participants in the Technological Synergies WG of the AEC Portfolio. The SCENE-B approach to digital twins was presented together with lessons learned from previous projects.

The NEB-STAR Festival in Stavanger is a dynamic celebration of three years of experimentation with new partnership models and tools at the intersection of sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusivity. The event provided SCENE-B with a valuable opportunity to connect with other NEB projects and explore future collaboration

The SCENE-B project was showcased at the NCAM 2025 in Stavanger, highlighting its relevance to sustainable manufacturing practices and advancements in 3D printing technologies.

28TH OF JANUARY 2025

SCENE-B project was presented for students at the NTNU parametric camp event organized by CSDG (Conceptual Structural Deisgn Group).

20TH OF JANUARY 2025

SCENE-B researcher Andrei participated and shared expert knowledge in a demonstration of NTNU's 3D printer for cement paste to assess printability of the cementitious systems. Also present at the demonstration were the Norwegian Minister for Digitalisation and Public Governance, Karianne Oldernes Tung, and Statsbygg’s Director of Digitalisation and Development, Cathrine Mørch.

11TH-12TH OF DECEMBER 2024

Portfolio activity meeting in Brussel. This is the portfolio kick-off meeting where the “EIC Pro-Active Portfolio Management” gets introduced for all projects involved, including SCENE-B. An overview of all the projects gets presented.

28TH OF NOVEMBER 2024

Seminar by FutureMaterials in Oslo. The content of the seminar are the different benefits of 3D printing with concrete and how that can change the construction industry. FutureMaterials will share different results and knowledged based on their experiences
